Artist by passion, lawyer by profession.

In his works, Federico Carminati tries to represent the doubts that assail him about existence; the images are composed on canvas like parts of a rebus to be solved. A rebus sometimes difficult to compose even for the artist himself. It is even the key of the observer of his works that provides the artist himself with the interpretation of what he represents on the canvas.

Federico loves to experiment and prefers figurative art. In his paintings he uses mixed techniques and unusual materials such as toothpaste, recycled materials, papier-mâché, LED lights and epoxy resin.

He has taken part in and been the star of various art exhibitions:

- Year 2017 solo exhibition at Artistika cultural center in Comun Nuovo (BG).

- Year 2020 art exhibition entitled "Artistic Autopsies" at Studio d'Arte Monteleone - via San Tomaso 92 (Bergamo).

- Year 2021 art exhibition entitled "Quel che resta del Covid..Assenze" at Upperlab via Pescaria 1 - Bergamo.

- Year 2021 participation in the event Art2Night La notte Bianca dell'Arte in Bergamo.

- Year 2021 solo exhibition entitled "Camera Oscura mentale" at Maria Pandora- Madrid plaza de Gabriel Mirò 1.

- Year 2022 participation in the exhibition "Artisti all'asta con Incanto" at Studio d'Arte via San Tomaso Bergamo.

- Year 2022 participation in the collective exhibition entitled "Impronte d'arte" at the Duepuntozero Gallery of Bergamo via Fratelli Calvi 1/D.

- Year 2023 first prize for the participation in the collective exhibition entitled "Nonsostare" at the Duepuntozero Gallery of Bergamo via Fratelli Calvi 1/D.

- Year 2024 Start art fair, Camden town hall, London.
